KOKEB — meaning "star" — was founded to preserve culture, celebrate success, and strengthen the bonds within the Ethiopian-Canadian community. We tell stories that the mainstream press overlooks: the founders, the artisans, the festivals, and the quiet pride of a diaspora building something new while honouring something old.
Each issue is a collector's object — designed with care, printed on premium stock, and distributed where the community gathers.
